The IDU is pleased to invite you to its annual conference Tendances du marché immobilier de Québec, which will take place on November 5 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the Hôtel Château Laurier!

This event will focus on Quebec City's future Urban Planning and Mobility Plan, with a presentation by  Guillaume Neveu, Project Director - Urban Planning and Mobility Plan at Quebec City, on the PUM process. This plan will have a significant impact on all future real estate developments, and will help guide land-use decision-making. Find out how the new strategic orientations will transform the urban landscape and influence future projects.

A panel discussion, moderated by Stéphane Dion, Quebec City Regional Director of UDI, will follow the presentation. We'll be honored to welcome :

• Josée Lupien, Présidente de Vertima, LEED Fellow et PA WELL;
• Kevin Lachance, Associé, vice-président finance et stratégie d'Immostar;
• François Trudel, Directeur du Service de la planification de l’aménagement et de l’environnement de la Ville de Québec;
