IDU is pleased to invite you to its annual Montreal Real Estate Market Trends conference, to be held at the Centre Sheraton on November 26, from 12 to 2 p.m.!
The event will begin with an analysis of market trends in the Montreal real estate market, presented by Noémie Lefebvre and Sébastien Samuel, both directors of Groupe Altus.
Then, Isabelle Melançon, President and CEO of UDI, Jean-Pierre Lessard, ASC, Associé, Économiste chez Aviseo, and Jean-François Grenier, Senior Director of Groupe Altus, will unveil our exclusive study on the economic and fiscal impact of commercial real estate in Quebec in 2024.
The conference will close with a panel moderated by Charles-André Latour, Directeur principal exécutif, Province de Québec de Groupe Altus, featuring :
- Mathieu Collette, Associé, vice-président immobilier de Kastello;
- Marianne Duguay, Vice-présidente principale immobilier social, communautaire et abordable du Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ;
- David Cérat, Directeur Principal, Développement & Partenariats de Cominar.
