The INOVA Awards, presented by the Urban development institute of Quebec (UDI), honour the talented men and women extending the reach of Quebec’s real estate expertise.
The innovative projects we honour have a significant impact on commercial, multi-residential, industrial and public service real estate sectors. We also pay tribute to one promising industry up-and-comer.
The competition is open to craftspeople and companies who have contributed in some way to the success of a construction, renovation, transformation, revitalization or amalgamation project. The Young Builder category is open to applicants aged 40 or under working in the Quebec real estate industry on a full-time basis within the scope of their professional duties.
