A business development professional and notary, Ulric was admitted to the Chambre des notaires in 2020 and began his practice with a firm specializing in corporate and real estate law.

He soon turned his attention to business development in the real estate ecosystem, joining a leading title insurance company and then a real estate marketing technology company. He also founded his own notary's office, where he worked with several private mortgage lenders.

With a wealth of experience in business development, strategic marketing and legal counsel, Ulric is responsible for loan origination at Lynx Bleu, as well as our growth in the Quebec market.

Involved for many years with La Relève en immobilier, he will assume the presidency of the RJA in 2024.
