Ulric Caron is Director of Sales and Marketing at Livya, a real estate marketing technology company present throughout North America. Notary by training, he has been involved in real estate since the beginning of his career.

In his role, Ulric works daily with local and international developers, investors, municipalities and property managers to help them market their assets through a variety of innovation, modelling and building representation solutions.  A leader in real estate technology, 3D modeling and marketing in Quebec, Livya is increasingly exporting its expertise around the world. 

Involved for many years with the next generation of real estate professional, he assumes the presidency of the Young Ambassadors in 2024.
