You are invited to the latest edition of the Tendances du marché immobilier de Québec 2023, which will be held November 7, from 12:00 to 1:30 pm, in the des Plaines room of the Hôtel Château Laurier.

Alain Roy, General Manager of Québec Altus Group, will begin with a presentation on Quebec City real estate market trends.

Afterwards, Jean-François Grenier, Senior Director of Québec Altus Group, will give a presentation on the requalification potential of the region's shopping centers.

Finally, he will join a panel on shopping center redevelopment with Normand Hudon, President of Coarchitecture, and Stéphan Landry, Director and General Manager of Galeries de la Capitale.

Lunch will be served on site.
